1. Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all product sales made on the website calminova.com published by:

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between L&G INTERNATIONAL - FZCO and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer") placing an order on the Website.
They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by Bishop.
3. Products
3.1. Description
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time of consultation by the Customer.
Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee exact reproduction (colours, dimensions).
In case of obvious non-conformity between the characteristics of the received product and those presented on the Website, the Customer has a right of withdrawal (see article 8).
3.2. Availability
Product offers are valid while stocks last.
If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, the Customer will be notified by email as soon as possible. The Customer may then choose between:
- Cancellation of the order with full refund within 14 days
- Replacement with an equivalent product (subject to acceptance)
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed in dollars américains (USD) including all taxes, including VAT at the rate in effect in États-Unis (20%).
Prices displayed on the Website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated and added when validating the basket.
Bishop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.
Prices are firm and non-revisable during their validity period.
5. Order
5.1. Order Process
To place an order, the Customer must:
- Create a customer account or log in to an existing account
- Select desired products and add them to the basket
- Review basket contents and click "Place Order"
- Enter or verify delivery and billing information
- Choose the delivery method
- Choose the payment method
- Accept these Terms and Conditions (mandatory checkbox)
- Finalise the order by clicking "Pay"
5.2. Order Confirmation
Once the order is validated and payment accepted, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to the Customer, summarising:
- Order number
- Products ordered (references, quantities, prices)
- Total amount (including taxes)
- Delivery address
- Chosen delivery method
This email serves as acknowledgement of receipt of the order and formation of the sales contract.
5.3. No Cancellation After Validation
Any validated and paid order is firm and final.
No cancellation is possible once payment has been made and the order confirmed.
The Customer only has their legal 14-day withdrawal right after receiving the products (see article 8).
In case of error or urgent problem, the Customer may contact customer service at as soon as possible. Bishop will review the request on a case-by-case basis, without guarantee of acceptance. contact@calminova.com
6. Payment
6.1. Payment Methods
Payment is made online at the time of order by:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
6.2. Security
Online payments are secured by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and managed by our PCI-DSS certified payment provider.
The Customer's banking data is neither collected nor stored by Bishop.
6.3. Payment Validation
The order is only recorded and processed after validation and acceptance of payment by the banking institution.
In case of payment refusal, the order is automatically cancelled and the Customer is notified by email.
6.4. Invoicing
An electronic invoice is generated and sent by email to the Customer upon shipment of the order.
The Customer can also download invoices from their customer account at any time.
7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery Area
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when ordering, in États-Unis

Several delivery methods are available at the Customer's choice:

100% free shipping on all orders!
7.4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative and run from the shipment of the order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Average delivery time: 3-5 days
If the announced deadline is exceeded by more than 7 days, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
7.5. Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email upon shipment of the order.
The Customer can track the delivery of their parcel in real time via their customer account or on the carrier's website.
7.6. Order Reception
The Customer (or any authorised person) must check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person.
In case of a damaged parcel, the Customer must:
- Refuse delivery or make precise written reservations on the delivery note
- Confirm these reservations by registered letter to the carrier within 48 hours
- Immediately inform Bishop by email with photos of the damaged parcel
Without written reservations, no claim can be taken into account.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1. Period
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.
8.2. Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision by email to indicating: contact@calminova.com
- Their order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The reason for return (optional)
8.3. Product Return
The Customer has 14 days from the notification of withdrawal to return the products to the following address:

Products must be returned:
- In their original packaging
- In perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, labels intact)
- Complete (accessories, instructions, etc.)
Return costs are the Customer's responsibility, except in case of defective product or error by Bishop.
8.4. Refund
The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment.
The refund is made by the same payment method as that used for the initial order.
The refunded amount includes the price of the products as well as the initial shipping costs (excluding return costs).
8.5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (underwear, swimwear, opened cosmetics)
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sale items or final clearance products
9. Warranties
9.1. Legal Warranty of Conformity
In accordance with consumer law, Bishop is required to deliver products that conform to the contract and is liable for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.
The Customer has 2 years from delivery to take action.
9.2. Hidden Defects Warranty
In accordance with civil law, the Customer may also benefit from the legal warranty for hidden defects.

10. Liability
Bishop commits to making its best efforts to ensure the availability and accuracy of information on the Website. However, its liability cannot be engaged:
- In case of force majeure or event beyond its control
- In case of obvious error in product description
- For delivery delays attributable to the carrier
- For misuse of the product by the Customer
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected during ordering is subject to computer processing for order management and customer relationship management.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of IFZA (International Free Zone Authority), Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
